Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WE WILL BE HAVING HOLIDAY SALES THROUGHOUT THESE MONTHS
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from TangoHotel.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process. Returns are to be paid by the customer.

You will be asked to supply the following information:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Reason for the return
To return your item, please reach out to email@example.com for an RA Number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Your refund will only be for the product cost, it will not include the initial shipping fee. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
