    Placing your order authorizes tangohotelbrand.com to be able to charge the amount from your credit card account. You will not actually be charged until the goods have been dispatched. In order to avoid delays in checking your order information, when entering your card details please ensure correct spelling of your name, card number, validity and the security as displayed on your card.

    Regarding MasterCard and VISA, the security code relates to the last 3 digits of the signature field on the back of the credit card. Regarding American Express, the 4-digit security code is located on the front of the card, to the right above the imprint of the card number.

     

    RETURNS

    Qualifying products* purchased online through TangoHotelBrand.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Tango Hotel.

    All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from TangoHotelBrand.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process.

    EXCHANGES

    If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

    Tango Hotel ships anywhere in the World. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Please note import/duty fees are not included in the shipping costs.
