All products sold that are labels final sale, will not be eligible for return. This includes all underwear, facemasks, and clearance products.

Some exclusions may apply to products on sale. Coupon codes are not eligible on sale products. 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR NTWRK ORDERS, MYSTERY BOXERS, BOXER BRIEFS, AND CLEARANCE PRODUCTS.

SHIPPING

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. There will be exceptions, but in general, we will ship all orders within two business days.

 Domestic Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

  • Free Shipping in USA (Except Alaska and Hawaii) on Orders $75+
  • USPS & UPS Ground shipping: (3-7+ business days)
  • If you select 2-day shipping, there will be 1-day processing and 2 days for shipping. Please account for that when planning.

 

Please Note - we ship from 4 different warehouses. In many cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. 

World Wide Shipping

Tango Hotel ships anywhere in the World using UPS, and DHL. 

Please note import/duty fees listed and included in the shipping costs. 

(No more additional cost, once we ship).

Once the order ships from our warehouse, it is up to you to track the international shipping and ensure delivery. We will not be able to refund any international orders. 

Orders Placed Over the Weekend:

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

PAYMENTS

On TangoHotel.com you can securely pay by credit card, we accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

We use certified encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorized access by third parties. Your order and credit card details are transmitted to us in encrypted form, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All personal information is handled confidentially.

Placing your order authorizes tangohotelbrand.com to be able to charge the amount from your credit card account. You will not actually be charged until the goods have been dispatched. In order to avoid delays in checking your order information, when entering your card details please ensure correct spelling of your name, card number, validity and the security as displayed on your card.

Regarding MasterCard and VISA, the security code relates to the last 3 digits of the signature field on the back of the credit card. Regarding American Express, the 4-digit security code is located on the front of the card, to the right above the imprint of the card number.

RETURNS

Qualifying products* purchased online through TangoHotel.com may be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase. All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Tango Hotel.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from TangoHotel.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
